Our rentals are for the day! We may have to deliver the day before and pickup the day after your event.
Yes! You’ll receive a 25% discount on your second item added that’s equal or lesser value. If you’re planning big event please call us for pricing.
If the weather is bad, we will contact you 2-3 days prior to the event and give you the option to reschedule.
We do not offer refunds, but we understand if you need to cancel due to weather. Instead of refunds we give a full credit that’s good for up to one year.
Yes! There is an extra fee for same day service and to list the park as additionally Insured.
We do our best to deliver on the selected time slots. However, we occasionally have to move the deliver to the day of the party. you will not be charged a same day service fee in the event we can’t bring it out the day before. You will also be contacted 3-5 days in advance to be notified that we will be bringing it out 2-4 hours before the party start time.
Yes! We clean after each use.
Our delivery fees range from $19-30 depending on your location. Our delivery fees for same day service ranges from $59-125. You will not be charged a same day service fee in the event we can’t deliver your inflatable the day before the party
